| The Employee Manager (Empman) program is designed to record and analyse data in seven key areas of employment records - Personal Details and History, Training, Qualifications, Attendance, Incidents, Injuries and OHS.

Features:
- Covers both regular employees and contractors but allows the user to work on either employment type or both in all aspects of the program.
- Quickly displays and prints lists of employees and/or contractors in a variety of sorting methods and filters such as Department, Shift, Roster, Location, Occupation and Union.
- Ability to show when personnel are due for medical checks and first aid certificate renewals as well as a free form "Employment History".
- Caters for four groups of qualifications, eg. Appointments, Authorisations, Skills and Learner Permits and prints forms and certificates for all FOUR of these qualification groups.
- Associates a Group 3 qualification with every Group 1 and 2 qualification and automatically records the qualification whenever the Group 1 or 2 qualification is issued.
- Issues and revokes qualifications quickly and prints their associated forms or certificates automatically if desired. Re-print forms or certificates on demand.
- Places the current Manager's name on the qualification forms along with up to 60 other pre-programmed and user-defined fields in any position on the form the user desires.
- The ability to "batch" issue qualifications to a single person or "batch" issue personnel to a single qualification.
- Displays and prints lists of the people possessing a given qualification and the qualifications possessed by a given person. Additionally, prints lists of people NOT possessing a given qualification and the qualifications NOT possessed by a given person.
- When issuing qualifications, the user may choose from a list of ALL Qualifications or just those pertaining to the person's occupation.
- A fast method of updating the dates for batches of qualifications attained. An absolute must for qualifications that must be kept up to date on at least a yearly basis.
- A training records system which records the courses and dates attended by personnel and prints course attendance certificates on demand
- Associates up to 10 Group 3 Qualification with every Training Course and automatically awards or updates the associated qualifications when the said Course has been completed
- Records and deletes Training Course Attendances quickly and prints their associated attendance certificates automatically
- Ability to "batch" record Training Course Attendances to a single person or "batch" record personnel to a single Training Course Attendance
- Displays and prints lists of the people attending a given Training Course and the Training Courses attended by a given person. Additionally, prints lists of people NOT having attended a given Training Course and the Training Courses NOT attended by a given person
- A full Incident and Injury recording system which links injury details suffered by personnel to the corresponding incident
- Automatic classification of injuries based on the time period selected i.e. Lost Time, Re-Occurrence, Rehab, Reported etc.
- Comprehensive injury status reports based on any combination of criteria entered by the user
- Calculates the number of days lost and days spent on selected duties, based on the person's current work roster
- A spellchecker to invoke when creating/editing Qualification forms etc.
- A simple to use but extremely powerful user query designer. This incredible feature allows the user to formulate advanced, complex yet plain English queries of any of the data and to display or print the results
- Advanced data validation and verification to minimise the entering of incorrect data
- Comprehensive, professional-looking printed reports, all with an option to preview on screen first. Report batches available, especially in the personnel area
